Q: What is the Salute Wine Club?

Q: How does the wine club work?
A: Monthly members receive three bottles per month and quarterly members three bottles per quarter. Each selection is chosen by our experts and comes with access to tasting notes, food pairings, and exclusive events. Pick up your wines
in-store and enjoy them at home with friends and family.
Q: How much does membership cost?
A: Membership is only $129 per quarter (3 bottles, 12 bottles per year) or the monthly membership is only $119 per month (3 bottles per month, 36 bottles per year)and the value far outdrinks the price point!
Q: If I’m a monthly member, do I pay more when I pick up during quarterly pickup months?
A: Nope! That’s one of the perks of being a monthly member. Quarterly members pay $129 during pickup months, but you’ll receive the same wines while still paying only your regular monthly membership fee.
Q: When do I need to sign up to receive my first Wine Club pickup?
A: To be included in an upcoming pickup, please sign up by the 10th:
•Monthly Wine Club: Sign up by the 10th of any month to be included in that month’s pickup.
•Quarterly Wine Club: Sign up by the 10th of February, May, August, or November to be included in that quarter’s pickup.
If you sign up after the 10th, your membership will start with the next pickup cycle.
Q: How does billing work for pickups?
A: Members are billed upon enrollment for their first wine club release.
After that, billing occurs automatically every three months for Cellar Club members and monthly for Reserve Club Members.
Quarterly Wine Club releases are scheduled for:

Your membership is always prepaid for the next upcoming release, so your wines are reserved and ready for pickup when pickup time arrives.

Q: What types of wines will I receive? Can I choose my own?
A: Our selections are carefully curated based on seasonality, quality, and unique finds. We hand-pick standout bottles that showcase the best of the wine world. While not fully customizable, you’ll always receive wines that reflect craftsmanship, character, and exceptional value.
Q: I like white wine can I choose a white in my box?
A: Yes! While the pickup tasting will be for the red wines for that month, you can choose to have YOUR box have one, two or three white wines. There is no additional cost, the membership fee is the same.
Q: Can I skip a month or pause my membership?
A: Yes! We know that life happens. If you need to skip a month or pause your membership, just let us know, and we’ll make it easy for you.
Q: When and how do I receive my wine?
A: Wine club selections are ready for pickup on select Saturdays each month/quarter. Just stop by, pick up your wines, enjoy the member only complimentary tasting and enjoy! If you can't make it for the pickup tasting, your wines will be ready any time after that day.
Q:What if I don’t like a wine I receive?
A: The joy of the Salute Wine Club is discovering something new - going beyond your usual picks and expanding your palate. Every bottle is hand-selected to surprise and delight, but if one varietal isn’t your style, STOP - DON'T OPEN THAT BOTTLE, another club member may be willing to trade with you.
Q: Can I gift a wine club membership?
A: A: Yes! You can gift Salute Wine Club in two ways:
1) Gift a membership (you enroll them): The recipient will receive their welcome email immediately once you complete signup. A valid email is required, and the recipient must be 21+.
2) Gift a Wine Club gift card: Perfect if you’d rather let them choose their membership level and start date. They’ll redeem the gift card and enroll themselves after they receive it (21+ only).
Q: How do I sign up, and is there a commitment?
A: Joining is easy! Sign up online or in-store, and start enjoying all the perks right away. There’s no long-term commitment, and you can cancel anytime in your membership portal.
Q: What is a corkage fee?
A: A corkage fee is a small service fee that allows you to open and enjoy a bottle here at the shoppe.
When you choose to drink a bottle in the shoppe, we chill (when needed), open it, provide glassware, and take care of the cleanup so you can relax and enjoy the experience. Wine Club members enjoy a set amount of corkage passes that waive this fee based on their level of membership

General Membership Questions
Yes - as long as you’re able to pick up your wines in-store. Due to state regulations on shipping and delivery, wine club releases must be collected from our shop. If you’re not in town often, our quarterly club is a great fit for an occasional pickup.
No worries - we’ll hold your wine for up to 30 days and send friendly reminders along the way. If it’s still unclaimed after that, we’ll reach out to discuss next steps so nothing goes to waste.
Absolutely. If you refer a new member, we’re going to make a big hoopla over it. We do offer referral incentives, and they may vary. Reach out to us and we’ll let you know what it looks like right now.
